How It Works: A Three-Phase System
InDome is a property development finance company working in partnership with ALERON Holdings, a leading regional construction management company which delivered over £30 million of constructed property.

Origination Phase
We start with the fundamentals. Every opportunity is comprehensively assessed through a structured R-Package process that includes:
  • Submission of the scheme details through the application form on the InDome website
  • Financial modelling and indicative terms issue (R0)
  • Planning review, site visits, technical validation and facility letter issue (R1)
  • Full project and legal due diligence (R2 & R3)
  • Deal completion and funding through a joint LLP structure

Project Delivery Phase
Once a deal completes, SmartEquity® ensures on-time and on budget delivery through our digital project management platform, covering:
  • Detailed work programme (staged, with photos and inspections)
  • Budget control and senior debt drawdown monitoring
  • Sales and marketing plan with buyer tracking
  • Compliance management and document database
  • Minutes, project updates, and automated email tracking
  • Real-time risk register and action tracker

Result Analysis Phase
We remain engaged beyond completion. Each project undergoes a post-exit analysis, with lessons learned fed back into the SmartEquity® system to continuously enhance performance on future developments.
